First-time Salary In my Life !
It’s been 3 months from the day I graduated from IFL and RULE. It was hard for me to find a place to work for. Everywhere seems not to be happy to accept me as I have little experiences to fit in the working environment. I’ve been trying to apply many places such as ELT, Supreme Educational School, American Intercon School, etc. But most of them are afraid to employ me as I have no experiences in teaching. I felt so helpless before I recieved a call from New World Institute. But not anymore, I got accepted to work at New World Institute. I reponsible for a class which start at 5:30 to 6:30PM. Today it was the second time for me to teach. Also, the head of studies, MR. Samanag, requested me to substitute a teacher for a full time classes. By far, I have taught 6 hours to 3 different groups of students in 2 days. It was fun substituting a kindergarten class in the morning and afternoon, But it is also tiring as the nature of the kids are naughty. It was hard for me to control them. However, I managed them well and I believe that they have learnt alot with me.
There is one surprising thing happen to me, Today is the 30th of October which is a day for all the teachers to get their salary. But as I am new to New World Institute, I didnt expect to get any wages from the school. I thought I will paid the following month. Shocking, I recieved 20$ notes as my 2 days teaching salary. I don’t know what word describe this feeling best. But I believe that this is a good start for me and I will try harder to improve my profession.

the first time salary is 20$.. u are 10 times far better than me.. i remember being paid only 2$ for my first salary. lolzzz
i accept the truth that 20$ is quite alot for novice teacher like me. but u need to know that.. from then on. i can make only 80$ a month. not gonna get 20$ in two days again lol
